LICENSE AGREEMENT & TERMS OF SERVICE Upon purchasing via subscription or direct purchase, any IBSkin product license, you agree to the following: The license provided to you for this product from IBSkin is strictly limited to one instance of application. You are not permitted to install the skin on any other site, even additional sites owned by the purchaser or subscriber. Under no circumstances are the skins, skin sets, code or graphical images provided with the product you have purchased (original or modified) permitted to be distributed to other parties. Nor may they be used for any other purpose without express written permission from Sherri Jones or IBSkin, however, you are permitted to use the graphics and CSS for integration with your forums front page, portal or website. All copyright notices must remain in the templates unless a Copyright Removal license is purchased. Graphics or skin sets MAY NOT be modified in ANY way without purchase of copyright removal for each skin you wish to modify. Purchase of Copyright Removal does NOT denote ownership of the original graphics or templates, and you may NOT re-distribute or sell modified versions. Any breach of any of these clauses, will result in immediate revocation of your license. Furthermore, no refund will be made on license or membership fees. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY The skins and the accompanying files are sold as is and without warranties as to performance or merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. The purchases must assume complete risk of using the purchased product. Any liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund or purchase price on a case by case basis. IBSkin assumes no liability for dissatisfied customers. |
