Monday through Friday: 10:00am to 4:00pm Central Time
Saturday & Sunday: Generally Closed

Even though we are closed on the weekends, someone is usually online checking the skin shop and forums to fill new orders and answer high priority support issues. The only reason we have posted these hours of operation is to allow us the freedom to step away from our computers from time to time and get a breath of fresh air. So if you want to purchase a new skin on the weekends or in the middle of the night, chances are, you'll receive your skin pretty quick anyway. I'm rarely away from this computer for more than a few hours, no matter how hard I try to get away from it.

While we tell all our customers to allow 24 to 48 hours to receive their new skin, it usually gets delivered to you within a few minutes to a few hours even on days we are closed, depending on what time you made the purchase. My staff and I are located in the US and are on Central and Eastern time zones, so you will need to consider the time difference when expecting your order. Normal business hours are 10am to 4pm Monday through Friday and we are available at our own leisure on the weekends, however, chances are, someone is always here to fill orders. Please do not post a support ticket or email us asking where your skin is unless it has been at least 48 hours since you submitted your payment. In some rare cases, it could take the full 48 hours to complete your order
